We are looking for a Scrum Master who will contribute to the support and management of the Company’s Agile change management processes across multiple projects and initiatives. The Scrum Master will be responsible for delivering IT changes using an Agile approach. Project management experience supporting multiple IT initiatives simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams across multiple companies. Expert knowledge of Jira, especially for remote and multi-team engagements. Experience setting up a new Jira implementation in a complex environment. Ability to rapidly understand the business requirements for a complex IT system and maintain an overview of the related delivery progress. Extensive experience writing user stories. Experience managing Agile processes remotely. Familiarity and ability to work with remote-work communication technologies such as Slack and Zoom for discussion, meetings, and screen-sharing. Ability to maintain productivity and focus while working remotely. Primary responsibilities include: Act as an Agile subject matter expert, facilitator, and coach. Support the development and quality delivery of IT solutions for the Company and its suppliers and clients acting as a Scrum Master during US business hours. Manage a Scrum of Scrums across a portfolio of dependent projects. Act as the Jira subject matter expert. Provide regular clear and concise status reporting to Senior Management. Increase productivity by implementing solid Agile practices across clients and its partners’ teams. Support documentation and implementation of Agile practices. Act as a technical subject matter expert while documenting user stories. Contribute to all aspects of complex projects delivery, including planning, mentoring, execution, and reporting. Constantly find ways to create a clear and measurable degree of separation between the Company’s solutions and those of its competitors. You have: 8+ years of strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for technology consulting project management. 8 years of enterprise project management experience. 5 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master. 5 years of experience using and supporting Jira. Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for advanced degree holders with a focus in engineering sciences, business administration, information technology, management, or equivalent experience. Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills. Adaptable and flexible, with an ability to thrive in complex changing situations. Able to deliver on established timelines. Ability to push self and others to think about improving productivity and efficiency. High energy and positive attitude. Ability to engage with customers, vendors, and team members in a professional, polite and collegial manner at all times.
