As part of this expansion and our fast-paced growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our talented team in our HQ in Thessaloniki. At Vitamin Media, we pride ourselves on our exceptional services, diverse clientele, and innovative approach to advertising. Responsibilities: ✅ Manage client relationships and exceed expectations, serving as their primary point of contact. ✅ Manage, and supervise the Social Content Calendar to ensure timely and engaging content delivery. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design studio, social media management department, and performance department, to deliver outstanding results. ✅ Interpret clients’ business needs, translating them into clear briefs for the team. ✅ Develop strategies, plans, forecasts, and execute campaigns in close collaboration with clients and our strategy department. ✅ Monitor and analyze competition to identify new opportunities and industry trends. ✅ Contribute to the creation of impactful presentations for clients, showcasing our innovative solutions. ✅ Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends, leveraging them to deliver cutting-edge solutions. ✅ Report directly to the Account Director, providing regular updates on project progress. Requirements: Proven 2-3+ years of experience in account management within the advertising industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth project execution. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, leveraging the expertise of different departments. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to provide innovative solutions to clients’ challenges. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
