As they embark on the development of a state-of-the-art aircraft in collaboration with top aerospace OEMs, they are expanding their Avionics Team and seeking talented individuals to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation. In this critical position, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and integrating avionics systems for cutting-edge aircraft platforms. You’ll bring your expertise in avionics hardware, software, and regulatory compliance to ensure performance, reliability, and safety across all phases of development. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Engineer and develop avionics systems, including communication, navigation, and control systems, from concept to production. System Integration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate avionics systems within aircraft platforms, ensuring compliance with system and regulatory standards. Technical Documentation: Create and review comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system specifications. Testing & Validation: Plan and execute bench and flight tests to validate avionics components, ensuring performance and reliability in diverse operating conditions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet industry standards (e.g., DO-254, DO-178, ARP4754A) and comply with EASA and global military regulations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance design processes, optimise system performance, and implement avionics best practices. Why Join This Team?
