For our Project management department , we are in search of: Senior Business Analyst Your responsibilities will be: Managing the process of software solution modifications and functionalities. Identifying interdependencies among system requirements and recognizing priority requests. Conducting workshops with product owners and other stakeholders. Gathering, analyzing, and creating user, functional, and non-functional requirements. Participating in the creation of Cost-Benefit analyses to support decision-making processes. Preparing documentation for vendor selection and collaboration; participating in vendor selection processes. Creating flowcharts and BPMN diagrams for future functionalities. Designing mockups of future forms with a focus on user experience. Analyzing the needs of existing systems and identifying areas for improvement; proposing innovative solutions. Presenting defined functionalities and informing stakeholders about improvements and functionalities in development. Monitoring the development of user requirements to ensure delivery aligns with specifications. Preparing test scenarios and verifying end-deliverables against requirements and specifications. Defining risks and proposing mitigation measures. Analyzing process gaps and proposing innovative solutions in the field of business analysis. Conducting training and providing support to other business analysts in the team. Controlling user requirements and improving the quality of user requests. Creating reports on the status of current development tasks. Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Organizational Sciences (or related fields). At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. An internationally recognized certification in business analysis is an advantage (IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.). Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and reasoning abilities. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret business needs into technical user requirements. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, and services. Experience with agile methodologies and tools for implementing business analysis techniques. Familiarity with various business analysis methods and models. Knowledge of the gaming industry and the company’s products is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferably, experience with JIRA. Responsibility and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a team and make independent decisions. Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
