WEBIDOO S.P.A. is a company active in the production and sale of digital marketing services for micro, small and medium-sized businesses. We are a rapidly growing digital scale-up with a global presence, currently seeking a Senior Controller to join our executive team to ensure effective management of financial resources and to support management in strategic decisions . MAIN DUTIES: • Planning and management control: Preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget through financial forecasting analysis, cost management, and the evaluation of economic performance against established objectives. • Financial analysis: Detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, areas of inefficiency, and opportunities for improvement. Providing regular reports to the company’s leadership, highlighting any discrepancies from the goals. • Reporting: Preparation of periodic financial reports, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, to provide a clear view of the company’s financial situation, for each legal entity and business line. • Support for strategic decisions: Providing data and analysis to support the company’s leadership in strategic decisions, assisting the CFO in related activities and maintaining communication with the accounting team and the Administrative Manager. • Cost and profitability monitoring: Analysis of costs for each legal entity and business line to ensure they are profitable. Also proposing strategies to improve profitability, such as cost reduction or process optimization. • Coordination with other business functions: Working closely with other departments, to ensure that financial decisions are aligned with the company’s overall objectives. • Control process optimization: Involvement in the development and deployment of new control processes and Business Intelligence platforms/tools. REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Economics • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in management control within commercial companies, preferably in the digital sector • Advanced knowledge of Excel Show more Show less
