Senior Credit & Collections Analyst with Dutch and/or French Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Collections Specialist to join our multilingual Collections team. Reporting to the Cluster Collections Supervisor for France and Benelux, this position is responsible for maximizing the collection of overdue funds from customers using a range of collection methods, primarily phone calls. The Senior Collections Specialist will also manage reconciliation discrepancies, disputes, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Dutch and/or French-speaking customers, making a significant impact in client relationships and payment management. Key Responsibilities Collections: Maximize the collection of overdue funds from customers through calls, emails, and other methods. Reconciliation & Disputes: Identify reconciliation differences and manage disputes, ensuring timely resolution. Client Account Management: Regularly review customer accounts to support accurate and efficient collections. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries about overdue accounts and provide necessary account information. Invoice Management: Provide customers with invoice copies and statements to facilitate payment. Reporting & Assistance: Prepare reports and assist Collection Specialists with invoice extraction and payment settlement. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications & Profile Experience: 2-4 years of experience in collections or related roles (upstream/downstream departments). Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong proficiency in English. Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). Collections Expertise: Ability to collect overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Results-Oriented: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding collection targets. Communication Skills: Effective in building relationships and communicating promptly with clients. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle high volumes of work. Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
