Job Description Join Our Team as an Senior EDI Specialist! Are you ready to ensure seamless integration between our internal systems and external partners? We’re looking for a dedicated Integration Analyst to manage and maintain our SAP and EDI solutions, providing top-notch support to our global customer and trading partner base. What You’ll Do Monitor and Resolve: Oversee daily integration processes, quickly resolving any errors. You’ll work with various EDI protocols, SAP interfaces, and other integration technologies. Collaborate: Partner with internal teams and our EDI managed services provider to analyze and fix system integration issues. You’ll work with IT specialists, sales, customer service, shipping, finance, purchasing, and production planning teams. Manage Relationships: Handle relationships with trading partners, negotiate project scopes, and delivery schedules. Coordinate Changes: Manage and deliver EDI change requests, plan projects with customers and business analysts, and prepare necessary documentation. Test and Validate: Prepare and execute integration test plans, establish test environments, and coordinate testing with our managed services partner. Support and Deliver: Ensure timely support and delivery of IT solutions, collaborating with managed service partners and business teams. Off-Hour Support: Provide support for critical issues and project implementations as needed. What We Need Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of API, VDA, EDIFACT, and X12 standards. Industry Knowledge: Experience with automotive industry standards and processes. Language Skills: Fluent in English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and integration technologies. We offer Working on interesting professional challenges.
