The purpose of this role is to analyze, design, develop, deploy and support software solutions required to meet the business objectives and requirements in accordance with the company standards. He/she needs to contribute significantly with technical knowledge and be part of complex IT projects. The Job Holder is accountable for the development and design implementation of architectural changes of IT systems, having analytical skills, specific IT architecture and developent knowledge and abilities in using software tools or programming languages, in order to produce and implement workable solutions based on the requirements/needs within and towards Global Solutions and Business Divisions. Responsibilities: Implement software solutions to meet business objectives according to system achitecture and company coding standards; Drive and coordinate the development of software solutions following the Upstream Information Ecosystem E&P strategic objectives; Delivers complex multi-discipline technical specific tasks, according to defined service level agreements, for allocated software services without guidance and monitoring for daily activity and for project activities, respecting the principles and rules in place; Complete well designed systems of high quality that make appropriate use of technology; Participate and lead in new technology investigation and make recommendations for new technology adoption; Lead technical projects on demand and act as mentor to junior staff; Building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines on development, continuous integration and test environments; Analyze business needs, consult with business stakeholders and design software applications accordingly to automate strategic processes; Maintaining software applications, offering support in operational to deliver high quality services; Participate in testing, deploying software systems and preparing technical documentation. Requirements: Master Diploma; Business relevant professional education in IT&C studies; Additional education and training in IT field; Relevant professional experience: more than 9 years; Excellent skills using Azure in developing different solutions with focus on data flows and orchestration. Ability to develop and operate internally developed solutions based on Azure resources; Excellent understanding of APIs and its design and implementation; Excellent knowledge of what Services-based Architecture is and how it works. Ability to embed best practices in developing an end-solution; Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS); Extensive knowledge of C# using Visual Studio, using MVC and Entity Framework; Strong experience with JSON, XML, REST, NoSQL Database (MongoDB, Cassandra), Distributed System, RDBMS, MVC frameworks, Design Patterns, Javascript, JQuery, Python; Experience in working in a development team with code version control systems and release management; Experience with Scrum/Agile development frameworks; Excellent English skills; German represents an advantage.
