Senior Financial and Operational Controller Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, with a strong focus on cost management and profitability analysis . Oversee project and operational controlling , tracking resources, timelines, and profitability for e-commerce content production projects. Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs , providing recommendations to the management to make sure KPIs are running within defined borders. Actively managing Cash-Flow with recommendations to the CEO to ensure smooth payments and budgeting. Act as a substitute for the Senior Financial Advisor during absences, ensuring continuity in accounting and financial reporting. Develop advanced Excel models and Power BI dashboards to streamline data reporting and provide actionable insights. Collaborate closely with the management team to identify cost-saving measures and pricing improvements. Present complex financial data in a clear and digestible format for both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, accounting, or related areas. Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables; experience with Power BI is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for a wide audience. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hungarian or German is an advantage. Experience in the creative agency, e-commerce, or fashion industries is a plus but not required.
