Your mission As the Senior Hardware Engineer your mission is to build the company’s hardware muscle—driving the development of new products and enhancing existing ones. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing the next generation of automation solutions and hardware, shaping the future of smart technologies with bold and groundbreaking creations. Key Responsibilities Write hardware requirements documentation, manage tradeoffs and timelines; Design (schematics, layouts) new building automation hardware and improve existing product portfolio; Simulate and validate the hardware design with software and laboratory tools; Build prototypes and troubleshoot products (write analysis reports and propose improvements); Support operations, supply chain teams and be the technical counterpart to our EMS partners; Coordinate 3rd party laboratory testing (EMC, LVD, RED directives); Design cable harnesses for products; Participate in quality related initiatives (DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D etc) as a technical expert for hardware; To succeed in this role, you: Have extensive knowledge in hardware design having completed multiple from idea-to-series production product development; Have good understanding of building automation systems; Are full-stack (documentation, plan, design, test, certify) hardware engineer (both PCBs and cable harnesses); Why us?
