Job Title Senior HR Advisor (Italian speaking) Job Description Summary As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support HR Operations, advise the HR Advisors on day-to-day operational questions of the People function, as well as handling of escalations to the CoE. Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the Senior HR Advisor supports the People function through development or process mapping and SOPs as well as the training of new HR Advisors. Job Description Your responsibilities: Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements Maintain life-cycle & process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding Focus on complex tasks / projects Advise on Tier 2 escalations Support the training and development of HR advisors in the team Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance Carry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested Supporting projects and process improvements Your Profile Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services Fluent in English AND Italian, both oral and written Knowledge of HR processes Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel Good time management and ability to prioritize Strong oral and written communication skills Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable What We Can Offer Competitive compensation and benefit package Great learning and development opportunities Benefit package includes cafeteria, mental and physical health care package, community bike ticket, and loyalty-based elements Modern, award-winning office with a view of the Danube Central location, excellent public transport Youthful and supportive work environment Additional holidays to compensate for Hungarian public holidays falling on a weekend A steadily growing, 100+ year-old international company We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
