Overview The Interactive Creative Designer is responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs as it relates to digital execution of programs. The Interactive Creative Designer role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction, design and web page creation. A successful Designer must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. Additionally, the Interactive Creative Designer must be able to construct the overall web user interface and interactive design. Designers could also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of consumer programs, campaigns, etc. with the broader brand team and agencies of record. Responsibilities Collaborate with brand and marketing Creation of multiple versions of similar marketing piece to customized format (media outlet, demographic target, geographic location…etc) Digital manipulation (including skin, product, color, layout, sizing..etc.) Create and maintain standards and systems for retouching on all assets produced Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design Reuse and adapt design concepts & templates Coordinate activities with brands, agencies, internal design teams Construct the overall look and feel of a website to meet brand team desired specifications and outcomes Present designs to clients/brand teams for approval Qualifications Background in art (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.) 3-5 years of agency creative experience in art / graphic design Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments Experience in consumer package goods a plus Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote Strong creative portfolio, available Language proficiency in English Equal Opportunities You’ll Live Up To The Locarian Values We take content further We grow together Celebrating Individuality Doing good along the way With care D&I statement Locaria is global by nature and vastly strengthened by multicultural, international and eclectic teams.
