Right now we are looking for a Senior Global Logistics Specialist to join our expanding team. What you will do Oversee Global Logistics Operations: Being responsible for the end-to-end global transportation within our supply chain, ensuring efficiency and reliability together with the logistic team, across all regions. Collaborate with Fulfillment Partners: Lead partnerships with global 3PL providers and central warehousing teams to enhance performance and delivery standards. Manage Overseas Logistics: Coordinate international transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate Global Demand Planning: Align logistics operations with demand planning to meet customer and business requirements. Support Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives: Contribute to key activities, including Tenders, Warehousing Strategy, Launch of new regions and other operational projects. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable practices, incorporating them into logistics strategies (e.g. reverse logistics). Enhance Global Transportation Performance: Analyze and optimize transportation processes to drive continual improvements. Logistics Monitoring and Reporting : Track fulfillment spend, identify cost-saving initiatives, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with IT for Process Automation: Work closely with IT teams to improve and automate logistics processes. Strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. Experience with 3PL providers, warehousing, and global transportation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-focused mindset. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. What do we offer?
