We see the scaling of this business unit as a strategic priority and are seeking to find committed, commercially oriented business builders to join our team and create the largest up to date platform for the private markets. Currently, the team has a growing presence across Athens, Thessaloniki, Bogotá and Vietnam. About the Role As Senior Manager of Commercial Operations, you will grow the Content Platform business, focusing on high-quality investment content in priority industries. The role will lead a team with a vision to create a groundbreaking Content Platform for private equity professionals, investment bankers, consultants, corporates, and executives. This role requires a blend of strategic and business acumen, along with commercial and operational expertise. You will be instrumental in scaling the platform and supporting our go-to-market strategy. You will join an exciting and growing new unit with an ambitious mandate where you will get start-up experience within an established business and brand. Key responsibilities: Client Growth & New Product Development Participate in client meetings and feedback sessions. Participate in preparation for product demonstrations and business development activities. Collaborate with the business development teams and account managers to drive client growth strategies Work with the Product team to capture and incorporate client feedback into content and platform enhancements. Identify and develop new product opportunities within the Content Platform for a vertical, work with the Product team to design, test and scale them. Work with the Client Service and Product teams to support expanding. relationships with existing clients, identifying needs and opportunities for the Content Platform and new products. Content Production & Quality Excellence Own the end-to-end process of content production. Develop the strategies and drive the execution of company and thematic intelligence, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and clients investment preferences. Lead junior team members and support the team’s growth by providing feedback and supporting skills enhancement and talent development Implement processes to systematically gather and analyze data to create content for private equities and other users. Maintain high standards for content production, including quality control, compliance, timeliness, and relevance. Ensure the scalability of the content production process, improving team’s workflows and accelerating quality assurance via automated data acquisition. This position reports directly to the Director of the team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – business management, economics or equivalent is a plus 5-7 years experience in (strategy) Consulting or Strategy / Commercial roles, due-diligence experience is a plus Be passionate about building a new product and excited by the unknown Be able to confidently and professionally interact with clients and Senior industry executives Have a strong entrepreneurial drive and “attention to detail” mindset Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with proven experience in communicating effectively Strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds Be a results-driven team contributor who can effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude Proficient in English Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
