As a Senior Manager Risk Consultant, you’ll drive financial and non-financial risk initiatives for our client, an Amsterdam-based management and technology consultancy, working with banks, asset managers, and insurers. Your leadership will fuel the growth of their Financial Services team, champion innovation, and deliver value in a dynamic risk landscape. Your Unique Strengths At least 10 years of risk management experience and a strong understanding of the Dutch financial services landscape. A proven track record in managing risk-focused projects and a robust professional network. The ability to foster growth and build strong relationships with stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying needs and offering solutions before they arise. A passion for creating an inclusive team environment where everyone feels heard. Expertise in navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic oversight with detailed execution. Fluency in both Dutch and English (flexible).
