Job title: Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Office location: Belgrade, Serbia About the role and the Team: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Demand Generation team. This pivotal role will shape and execute our end-to-end digital marketing strategy, driving high-quality web and phone traffic, increasing online order conversions, and enhancing our online presence. You’ll also collaborate with the Brand team to elevate our through-the-line activity. With extensive experience in paid digital media (Social, PPC, Display, CTV), SEO, data analytics, UX, and CRO, you’ll deliver strategies that align with business goals such as order volume, ARPU growth, and brand awareness. A proven leader, you’ll optimize paid campaigns, improve website performance, and prioritize continuous improvements through test plans and data-driven decisions. As a strong team leader, you’ll develop a high-performing, highly engaged team while staying ahead of digital marketing advancements and trends, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of the industry. What will you be doing? Digital Strategy & Budget: Build a world-class Digital Marketing strategy to position us ahead of competitors and at the forefront of the ISP market. Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring delivery within cost targets and maximising efficiencies. Collaborate with the Head of Demand Generation to optimise agency relationships, tools, and contracts. Paid Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute the paid digital strategy, driving awareness, demand, and conversions. Manage the digital agency to deliver campaigns on time, hitting KPIs and budget targets. Lead innovation and testing, ensuring continuous improvement through a test-and-learn approach. Partner with the Brand team to deliver high-performing creative and monitor competitor trends for insights. Website Performance & CRO: Analyse key web funnel metrics to identify performance drivers and opportunities. Lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and website enhancements, managing a test roadmap to improve customer journeys and achieve targets. Own the customer experience, identifying pain points and optimising site performance. Oversee the GTM process for propositions and promotions, ensuring timely, effective delivery. Digital Attribution & Analytics: Report on digital performance, providing clear insights and solutions to senior stakeholders. Own Google Analytics and reporting tools, improving attribution for calls and lead generation. Optimise B2B lead forms to maximise conversions and commercialise enquiries. Leadership & People Management: Lead and develop 2 Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring alignment to plans and priorities. Engage stakeholders to align on initiatives and drive delivery of shared objectives. Foster collaboration across teams and provide senior-level visibility on all digital marketing activity. What we are looking for: Track record of working on ecommerce websites driving significant measurable performance improvements – client or agency. Fluent in Google Analytics and Optimize and creating dashboards, used to creating a data driven approach to optimisation. Experience of managing multi million pound marketing budget to deliver on KPI targets. A proven track record in building and delivering an effective holistic Digital Marketing strategy to deliver best in class Digital Marketing activity across the breadth of the sector. Exceptional knowledge of paid digital marketing, with extensive experience in through funnel campaign management and delivery across all core digital marketing platforms. Excellent attention to detail. Customer focused approach to building digital experiences and aligning these with commercial success. Team player able to lead and get the best out of people.
