The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Material & Pricing Master Data Specialist to manage and maintain master data related to materials and pricing within our SAP system. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies to support smooth operational and business processes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ Create, update, and maintain material master data in SAP to support procurement, production, and logistics operations. Ensure accurate classification, descriptions, and categorization of materials based on organizational standards. Monitor material master data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update pricing master data, including price lists, customer-specific pricing, and promotional discounts. Validate pricing data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal pricing policies. Perform regular audits of pricing data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors. Work closely with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to understand and fulfill master data requirements. Support cross-functional teams by providing timely and accurate material and pricing data insights. Respond to and resolve queries related to material and pricing master data. Perform regular quality checks and audits on material and pricing master data to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Provide input on system enhancements and contribute to testing during SAP updates or migrations. Generate and share reports related to material and pricing data to support strategic decisions. Ensure all master data processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Follow data governance standards to maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. Who Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in master data management, preferably within SAP environments. Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to material and pricing data management. Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High motivation and ability to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
