Join us in shaping the future of the pharmaceutical supply chain! About the job We seek an ambitious and driven consultant to join our professional services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding and meeting customer requirements, mapping their needs within our product, and guiding the customer through sales and into the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Engage directly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, including production planning and purchasing workflows within the pharmaceutical sector. Manage the adaption of the solution to customer needs. Participate in customer workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Product Expertise Develop a thorough understanding of the PLAIO’s software, including its features, functionalities, and capabilities, specifically in relation to production and purchasing workflows. Map customer requirements to the product’s functionalities, ensuring optimal configuration and utilisation of the system. Provide expert recommendations on best practices for the system’s implementation, aligning with industry standards and customer goals. Work closely with the PLAIO product development team to share customer insights, suggest enhancements, and ensure continuous software improvement to meet evolving customer needs. Project Management Lead the planning, execution, and completion of selected customer projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within the approved budget. Coordinate with internal PLAIO teams, including product, development, sales, and marketing, to align resources and ensure a seamless implementation. Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and provide timely status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess the project’s success and measure customer performance after the system goes live, identifying areas for improvement or further optimisation. Deliverables Customer requirements documentation. A comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones. Mapping of customer workflows to PLAIO’s software functionalities. Regular project status reports, including risk assessments and issue resolutions. Post-go-live evaluation report to assess project success and identify areas for further improvement.
