For our own projects, we are looking for: Senior Planner. MISSION: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Planner with proven experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale Chemical projects (Urea, Ammonia, Melamine, Methanol, Nitric Acid plants). The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within the agreed scope and budget. TASKS: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and construction teams to define project work breakdown structures, timelines, and critical milestones. Prepare and maintain baseline schedules using project management tools such as Primavera P6 and ensure alignment with contractual obligations. Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify deviations, analyze delays, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays. Provide critical path analysis, resource loading, and schedule updates to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare and issue detailed progress reports. Support cost control activities by integrating cost and schedule for earned value management reporting. Identify and manage schedule risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and implemented effectively. Participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and client meetings, providing scheduling input and updates. Ensure accurate forecasting of project completion dates, highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Lead schedule optimization activities to improve efficiency and resource allocation across project phases. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler in chemical plant projects (Urea, Ammonia, Melamine, Methanol, Nitric Acid). Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC/EPCM) workflows and processes in complex industrial projects. Fluent level of written and spoken English.
