Senior Procurement Specialist What you’ll have to do: Data Prepare and implement the budget for the Department and control it with the minimum of deviations; Play an active role in the delivery of results and the preparation of company plans; Prepares regular reports towards senior management regarding procurement KPI’s; Identifies trends and insights regarding the procurement KPIs evolution; Proactively offers solutions for improvement based on data reports, as well as on internal stakeholder and management feedback; Monitor the performance of the suppliers in order to identify necessary improvement actions. Process Assure ongoing development of procurement activities, and proactively promote a fruitful process improvement; Create Group Procurement models and ensure they are fully embedded and successful; Decides adaptions of procurement models in agreement with senior management when necessary for the delivery of savings and service; Supports actively the consolidation of services in the Procurement function in line with agreed procurement models; Maintain the adequate and professional purchase and contracting process, assuring local legal and operational constraints, by agreeing on specifications and requirements in close co-operation with internal customers. Strategy Design Contribute to the negotiating strategy in order to achieve objectives at Group level; Designs the Procurement strategy linked with eMAG’s vision and Finance team goals. Execution Provide key support to internal customers and assure negotiation execution for any local procurement or purchasing need; Drives best practice in supplier management, and leads the implementation of our consequence management approach to vendor management; Dual ambassador role of representing local and regional organization in global environment and vice versa; Participate in negotiations with suppliers and the agreement of strategic contacts. Let’s meet if you have these skills: Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position; Previous experience in procurement Advanced Excel knowledge; Advanced English knowledge; Stakeholder management (develop and maintain strong value added relationships); Technical knowledge or experience in the area of retail acquisitions, warehouse is an advantage; Knowledge of sourcing tools, how to apply and when to apply, along with a good knowledge of the market; Thorough knowledge of acquisition techniques; Excellent overall interpersonal skills (ability to work closely with different departments, team, consultants, and external auditors) Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets.
