Gavdi Group is looking for a motivated and dedicated Senior SAP Project Manager, who’s interested in working as part of an international team. This position will be responsible for supporting project management activities within the SAP space. You will need to act as a trusted advisor for our customers, by considering the balance between customer needs and project scope. The aim of the role is to serve our Copenhagen based customers, but you should also expect to work on challenging projects for customers based across the EMEA region What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to effectively manage project scope, tasks, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives. Ensure that scope changes are carefully evaluated, documented, and managed. Manage project budgets and expenditures. Maintain clear and open communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and strategies to address potential issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures. Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of SAP solutions within the organization. Who You Are +5 years of project management experience, preferably with SAP technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills, with personal integrity and ethics. Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology. Fluency in Danish and English. Industry and project management certifications, e.g. Prince2 and AgilePM. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
