We are expanding our cybersecurity team and are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to ensure compliance in Cybersecurity . You will play a crucial role in maintaining our project management, contributing to the continuous innovation of our medical imaging technology while ensuring cybersecurity is embedded at every stage. Your tasks and responsibilities: You are responsible for the autonomous and successful management of medium to highly complex projects for our cybersecurity department. You define the scope, budget, quality and timeline of the projects and manage them throughout their duration You develop sustainable and cost-optimized solutions and work intensively with the process owners and other IT Centers of Excellence concerned You drive the development and application of solution design and project management processes under the aspect of continuous optimization and adaptation to new needs You prepare effort and cost estimates for the implementation of new functionalities. In addition, you determine the associated project costs in close exchange with the Requesters, Business Partner Managers, Enterprise Architecture Team, and other parties involved You are responsible for communicating information on the project status and initiate any necessary escalation appropriately. Through professional risk management, you point out possible consequences, options and decision-making possibilities You collaborate with R&D, testing, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and innovative operations. Your qualification and experience: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field You have many years of professional experience in agile project management, cybersecurity and can select the optimal approach according to the project constitution You have very good knowledge of IT service management concepts and in the management of IT service providers Ideally, you know and understand the compliance requirements in the context of IT projects in the healthcare industry You have a very good understanding of financial and budget planning of projects and are experienced in dealing with external partners Your attributes and skills: Prior experience in cybersecurity is preferred You already have extensive experience in international and intercultural cooperation. Therefore, you bring along business fluent English skills. German language skills are an advantage You are characterized by strong analytical skills, initiative, motivation and the ability to work in a team You work solution-oriented, creatively, and independently You communicate confidently at all organizational and work culture levels and demonstrate your ability to assert yourself in the process We win together – you focus on the further development of project members and less experienced project managers Language Skills: English – Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher. Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR* We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
