We are looking for a Senior Project Scheduler to join their Project Controls Department. This organization operates across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, environmental sustainability, scientific discovery, and manufacturing, delivering innovative and impactful solutions on a global scale. Your Impact: As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to manage and monitor project schedules from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop the Level 3 / Level 4 Project Master Schedule for EPCMV projects. Plan and coordinate all planning and scheduling activities across the project. Provide tools and strategies to effectively manage, control, and report on project schedules. Collect and analyse performance data, including installed quantities, labor hours, and progress measurements for both direct hire and subcontract work. Conduct Earned Value, productivity, and risk analyses to track project performance. Identify and manage changes to project scope, communicating potential impacts to both internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related matters with clients and internal teams. Required Skills and Experience: Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Control roles, with a focus on building, pharma, chemical, or oil & gas projects. Fluency in both English and Italian. Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project is mandatory. Willingness to travel as required. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
