The opportunity is available for Czech and English-speaking candidates with experience in Recruitment for Czech market. Who are we looking for? Senior Recruiter with fluent or close to native level of English & Czech, with proven track of experience working on production/manufacturing roles, who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities and help plan innovative resourcing strategies. This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client’s office 3 days a week in Bohumil, Czechia, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand. Key Accountabilities: Leading a recruitment process. Conduct interviews with selected talent as part of candidate assessment step. Proactively work and develop pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates. Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers and other senior stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities. Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations. Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication. Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated. Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives. Skills & Experience: Must have an experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with client senior stakeholders. Must have experience working on manufacturing/production roles with a focus on Czech market. Must have full professional fluency in English and Czech both written and oral. Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders and teammates. Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes. Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach. Production environment experience is desired, but not a must. Other: Why AMS?
