Senior SAP MDM In-house Consultant (m/f/d) Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; remote, Spain; remote, Greece We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDM In-house Consultant MDM (m/f/d) specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Retail or Fashion E-Commerce. You will play a key role in enabling our own SAP MDM solutions and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Your responsibilities Development, configuration and design of the MDM roadmap to our current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and subsequently supervision the delivery of the planned solutions in integration with any peripheral application systems. As an MDM Expert, you will support regular operations and change requests, while providing technical expertise. Contribute to the development of lean solution architecture, while reviewing and verifying any software or data modelling design to ensure security and scalability. Optimize pricing accuracy and manage promotions, discounts, and dynamic pricing within SAP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDM issues, delivering high-quality solutions and support. Promotion of Master Data Governance best-practices within the organization and support process and change management. Your qualification At least 7+ years of sound operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge in core data objects including: Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment and any subsequent data distribution methods. Strong knowledge of SAP MDM/MDG with a focus on pricing, product information management, and customer data. Very strong understanding of tech & business processes in the domain of SAP X-functional master data management. Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions – previous project experience in retail, e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus. Proven functional consulting experience with process-oriented mindset paired with fluent English communication skills.
