About the Role: As a Server & Hardware Specialist in Datacenter Operations, you will be part of a dynamic operations team at the heart of IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure stable operations and effective management of physical server environments, working both on-site at datacenters and remotely from the office. The role includes participation in a 24/7 on-call duty rotation, approximately every 5th week. Key Responsibilities: Resolve hardware and server-related incidents, changes, and service requests using ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL standards. Troubleshoot server and hardware issues, both remotely and hands-on. Perform physical decommissioning and demolition of servers at the headquarters. Conduct upgrades and replacements of server components with hands-on expertise. Apply firmware patching to maintain hardware components up to date. What makes this role exciting? Qualifications and Experience: Educational background in IT, such as IT-Teknolog or HTX. Mandatory: A valid driver’s license. Professional experience in the IT industry, particularly in roles involving support, monitoring, or operations. Hands-on expertise in: Hardware installation and troubleshooting. Basic network troubleshooting skills. Personal qualities: Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills.
