Your Responsibilities And Tasks Order Handling Operator Spare Parts , processes and follows up parts orders received from customers directly , Field Service Engineering or technical Support . Interface professionally with customers , Field Service Engineering or Technical Support over the phone and internet Generate, follow up and negotiate quotations for parts, maximise volume and quotation hit rate Receive parts orders from customers, Field Service Engineering or Technical Support Verify parts number and place parts order in SOH or send to BU Release invoicing information to finance department and partecipate to cash collection when necessary. Follow up on order progress untill delivery and inform customer Field Service Engineering or Technical Supportwhen applicable Gives input to manager parts and tooling to set level for parts Manage return parts and warranty request Your Profile And Qualifications At least 1 or 2 years of experience in the role Good comunication skills Strong attention to details Good language skills ( English ) Mechanical and electrical knowledge to manage spare parts details and support to the customer Order handling experience Knowledge of SAP software Apply for this job Contact us Show more Show less
