Who are we looking for? As an Retail IT and Software Asset Management specialist you will be responsible for providing accountability for the company Retail IT fixed assets, identification and managing capitalized and sensitive equipment acquisitions and disposals, managing hardware asset maintenance, trains and reviews the work relevant employees or vendors and maintaining detailed and accurate records and reports including. Location – Žilina. What would you be responsible for? Perform data entry, support accounting and perform record-keeping tasks for acquisitions. Modify or correct asset information on Asset Management (AM) software; manage via contracted vendors or identify, classify, locate and physically tag equipment acquisitions and perform data entry, accounting and record-keeping tasks for acquisitions. Manage or modify / correct asset information on Asset Management (AM) software. Assist departments and local ITAM specialists in countries in scope with questions regarding Asset Management policies and procedures and appropriate accounting forms to use. Ensure IT Assets Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) for Retail IT Asset located at SeS and in spare parts storages in full relevant area Ensure Asset Lifecycle Management for Retail IT Asset located at SeS including contracts management for HW Support Contracts, License Contracts (EULA) and including whole procurement administration process Create reports for external and internal users including auditors, departments, risk management on departmental physical inventories, capital assets and other fixed assets. Coordination of the hardware fulfilment part for the newly build SeS or SeS in Reconstruction. Control of the construction readiness for the HW fulfilment. What do we expect? University degree in a technical or economic field, with relevant IT qualifications, IAITAM CAMP certificate or other ITAM and SAM certificates are a plus, At least 5 years of working in IT asset management area, Fluent in English, Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs, MS Office tools; office IT hardware, basics of network infrastructure, Senior communication skills, flexibility, team-orientation.
