We are looking for a Software Configuration Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will design, implement, and manage software setups for restaurant solutions, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. You’ll transform customer needs into effective POS configurations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure smooth deployments. Main duties and responsibilities: Configure and deploy restaurant software solutions Test and verify system functionality for large-scale rollouts Manage POS configurations for new stores and ownership transitions Resolve issues during deployment and provide technical support Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery Document project progress and improve operational processes What we expect from you: Fluency in English Previous IT experience, particularly in database management and Windows environments.
