During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job Description Mission Description Join an exciting collaboration between Customer Extended Profile and Customer Rewards as a Software Engineer. Customer Extended Profile is a core CRM capability, while Customer Rewards is central to our client. As a Software Engineer, you will: Craft tested, high-quality code in JavaScript, SQL, and Cloud infrastructure. Work collaboratively with other disciplines, including architecture, product, experience design, data specialists, and domain experts. Implement changes efficiently and compliantly through integration and deployment pipelines. Value variant testing and implement meaningful experiments to solve the right problems. Emphasize system design and modeling as a crucial part of software engineering. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms to share knowledge and collaborate well. Practice continuous delivery to support continuous discovery. Continuously learn and see mentorship and coaching as essential for growth. Profile Requirements We are looking for a highly experienced and proficient Software Engineer with the following qualifications: JavaScript Expertise: Must be highly experienced and proficient in JavaScript. Cloud Native Systems: Extensive experience building Cloud Native systems and solutions at significant scale, with GCP as the preferred vendor. Technology Stack: Experience with GCP, Serverless (Cloud Run), BigQuery, NodeJS, MongoDB, Python, and DataFlow. Communication: Must communicate and collaborate clearly and with impact. Ownership: Demonstrable experience taking ownership when working with a multidisciplinary product team. Why Join Us?
