Join us as we lead the data revolution in South-Eastern Europe and beyond! What Your Day Might Look Like: Lead Your Team: Lead a team of AI Engineers, fostering innovation and growth. Drive Delivery: Oversee delivery teams in customer projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement high-performance AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP. Optimize Infrastructure: Contribute to developing and fine-tuning cloud environments for AI applications. Champion Best Practices: Implement security, compliance, and code quality standards, emphasizing maintainability and readability. Innovate with Accelerators: Design and build reusable solution accelerators from internal R&D and client projects. Client Collaboration: Support Pre-Sales teams in discussions with customers, offering technical insights and strategies. Your Superpowers : Experience: 5+ years in Software Engineering, with expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance cloud applications. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, OOP, SOLID principles, and cloud design patterns. Strong preference for Azure experience. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast-paced environments. Secure Development Knowledge: Familiarity with secure coding practices and frameworks like OWASP or SSDF. Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies. Problem-Solving: A sharp eye for detail and a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex challenges. Bonus Points For: Experience with AI solutions, especially working with Large Language Models (LLMs) . Certification as an Azure Solutions Architect Expert .
