Your responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development support Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturity Optimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysis Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and Development Support the preparation of post-construction documentation Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site Support and lead technical due diligences Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally Your profile University degree in Engineering At least 2 years of relevant work experience Proven track record in business transformation or operational excellence Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences Preferred primary office location in Berlin or Düsseldorf, but other Uniper locations are feasible as well (UK, Italy, Hungary, Poland, France, Sweden).
