Our client, one of the systemic Greek banks, is enhancing the BPM system. According to the cooperation and growth plans, the BPM Architect will play a key leadership role in the digital transformation of the organization, being a part of the larger program. We are seeking professionals in Greece who are open to working from the office or following a hybrid schedule, with at least two days per week in the office required. Responsibilities Collaborate with the clientโs teams to understand their objectives, business processes, and requirements Design solutions for building new functionality for target business processes (loans, risks, mortgages and other internal processes) Act as a part of the implementation team and collaborate with the cross-functional team: the bank’s domain representatives, delivery manager, business analyst, QA, front-end and backend engineers, IBM expert etc. Perform architecture design, including multiple integrations Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
