We’re seeking a Solution Architect to enable clients to derive from Yieldigo products. Who we are We’re Yieldigo , offering clients software that allows them to efficiently manage the pricing of goods in brick and mortar and e-shops. After two years of preparation, the first major retail chain in the USA has chosen Yieldigo for a long-term partnership, with a second to follow soon. Despite strong competition in the US and our overall “down-to-earth” sales approach, we are now entering the next phase of our global go-to-market strategy. We will continue our expansion with the ambition of becoming the No. 1 price management software for large retail chains, challenging some of the industry’s old legacy players. Role Objectives In this role, you will be responsible for clients to achieve value from the Yieldigo products i.e. you will facilitate product adoption together with strategic development of Customer Success Team activities. You will handle primarily the initial phases of cooperation with a new client – from early discovery and demos through onboarding and change management. The best candidate is self-motivated, positive, energized with entrepreneurial spirit, takes responsibility, and first and foremost is passionate about working with customers and listening carefully to their needs. We expect you to have a very hands-on mentality, including willingness to visit clients on-site across Europe.
