Link to the company website Solution Delivery Specialist Responsibilities of the role: Follows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery; Leads test phases for internal functional test and customer validation; Participates to test plan definition, design and execute test scripts; Supports operation in processes understanding, adoption and Acceptance Testing; Be the point of contact between the software factory and business operation; Supports the delivery of WMS solutions from requirements gathering to functional, integration and acceptance testing; Highlights gaps and share solution proposal; Reports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis; Interacts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement; Explains processes designed and new functionalities to operation key users; Monitors progresses and reporting according to KPIโ€™s identified; Communicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry; Preferable 1-2 years in software delivery; Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications and technologies as needed; Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving; Strong attitude for understanding and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources; Present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience; Ability to be summarize and be concise; Provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors; Plan regular self-workload in a dynamic environment where priorities can quickly change; Knowledge of SQL is required while Jira, Confluence and Xray is a plus; Team-oriented. Consults with team members and management as needed to complete assigned responsibilities; Comfortable working in a matrix environment; Fluent in Italian and English. Any additional European language is considered a plus (ideally French).
