What You Will Do The Sourcing Team Lead is leading a team of Specialists and has end-to-end responsibility for all sourcing and contracting activities associated with tactical and delegated spend for relevant Procurement Categories and geographies. The person is accountable for procuring supplies and services within the scope of Kenvue ’ s business policies and procedures, at the best negotiated terms for price, quality and delivery to support the Kenvue’s business operations. The person is responsible for driving the team’s category expertise, cost savings delivery, cash release, contract excellence, and supplier panel optimization, and ensuring buying and payment channel compliance. The role includes people leadership and development, business engagement with local and regional stakeholders, procurement enablement activities and active involvement in sourcing and contracting activities. Categories in scope includes Marketing, HR & Corporate Services, IT Services, R&D, Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services. This individual will develop strong, value-added working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers and demonstrate sound management of priorities. The EBS Sourcing Team Lead may also support the supply of goods, where relevant to their assigned Categories. Key Responsibilities- Team and Stakeholder Management Lead a team of 5+ Sourcing Specialists across different categories, prioritize projects to drive maximum value, Accountable to deliver defined cluster targets, including savings, cash release and service delivery, Work collaboratively with other Sourcing Team Leads, to meet EMEA overall targets, Drive team’s engagement and development to increase impact and efficiency, Ensure adequate stakeholder management activities, mange escalations when required, Collaborate with Procurement colleagues, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other Kenvue functions as needed, Assess change needs, impact, and support change management integration. Sourcing & Contracting Support and guide the team Manage specific cases and s upport specific categories, when required Procurement enablement activities Support Kenvue enablement activities, Proactively propose and drive improvement ideas. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, or business, 5+ years of sourcing / contract management experience, Experience leading and coaching multicultural teams, Ability to provide consultation and negotiation support to business partners, Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, Change management skill Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information in English.
