Evac are now looking for a Spare Part Buyer. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless material availability and supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD). Your focus on operational excellence will guarantee the daily performance management of suppliers, maintaining a high-quality standard in our procurement process. Collaboration is key! You’ll closely work with Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive team effort. Your expertise will shine as you lead the customer enquiry process, managing material availability and cost perspectives with finesse. Key Responsibilities Leads the coordination of spare parts purchases and related services and ensures the lowest total cost Reviews purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness and creates purchase orders to suppliers (MRP) Monitors delivery confirmations and actual deliveries from designated suppliers Responsible for on-time delivery and availability of spare parts from suppliers Maintain inventory parameters to ensure optimal stock levels Contribute to item creation and maintain item master data Key Requirements At least few years of working experience from purchasing and supply chain management Moderate technical understanding of assigned spare parts / suppliers Proven track record for excellent delivery performance, lead time reductions and inventory management Fluent written and spoken English skills What We Offer We offer you a highly interesting role in a global setting.
