Join Celanese Business Solutions Budapest, as Specialist Intercompany General Ledgerr YOU will be involved in the following tasks Global intercompany related cycle allocations Monthly intercompany settlement / payment Intercompany balance reconciliation / SOX R&D and Royalty calculations Prepare and post journal entries and perform month-end closings, general ledger account analysis and reconciliations Prepare and review management reports and financial information analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Interact with other finance and accounting personnel through the organization Continuously improve and optimize General Ledger processes to ensure effective and efficient financial processes; contribute to global standardization of financial processes Develop and maintain training materials for different training events, as needed Actively participate in general ledger change projects as required Ensure compliance with Celanese policies / procedures and SOX controls Interface with external and internal auditors for PBC requests and process and account explanations Back up TLs in meetings in the field of expertise What YOU Will Bring To The Team Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or other relevant field of Finance More than 4 years relevant work experience in accounting; previous experience in a shared service center or accounting experience at a large company, or fast paced environment is desired Solid SAP knowledge Strong control mindset (knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is desired) Proactive, self-starter attitude and able to work independently Demonstrates healthy skepticism and effective problem solving and analytical skills Ability to resolve ambiguous or complex assignments Effectively prioritizes assignments, follows through on commitments and demonstrates ownership of results Customer focus (within policy guidelines) Demonstrates visibility and ability to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels throughout the organization Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approaches responsibilities with an open mind Willingness to learn and self-develop Must be a strong team player In Exchange We Offer YOU The Following Benefits We work in a cutting-edge environment, using the latest ERP system and supporting process automation Attractive benefits Cafeteria and Private Health Care Insurance Flexible working arrangements with home office Green, environmentally conscious, modern office Structured onboarding support Diverse career paths (people management, subject matter expert) Development opportunities (language courses, online learning courses) Company and team events and possibility to join social groups https//www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaBMrU4kd2Q About Celanese Celanese Corporation is a global chemical leader in the production of differentiated chemistry solutions and specialty materials used in most major industries and consumer applications.
