About the job We are currently looking to grow our tech team in Denmark and are looking for new competent colleagues. Right now, we are looking to fill the position of a Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer in our Copenhagen Office. Being a global virtual care leader, technology is key and the heart of our daily operations. We prioritize building up to date reliable software and take pride in creating user-friendly technology for our colleagues and end-users. In this role you and your team are the experts and will have loads of responsibility and freedom to design, implement, optimize and maintain our brand-new platform. You will play a key role in ensuring appropriate operation and post-implementation activities for our organization. The position as Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer requires you to engage in active and continuous cooperation with the tech teams both locally and internationally. You will likewise need to take an active part in the cooperation with the technology departments of our clients to deliver best in class technologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives centered on local opportunities. To become a success in the role as Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer, you will need to have a proven track record within the following skills: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Bitbucket and Azure services. Leverage strong backend development skills to enhance and optimize system operations. Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline operational processes. Ensure high availability, performance and security of all our services hosted in Azure in collaboration with our international teams in US and Spain. The tech stack is predominantly Node.js and MSSQL and knowledge in this is a plus, but not a requirement. With your contribution, the role as Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer will become a key part of a newly established tech team where you can take part in shaping your own role and leave your mark on our technology. You will be playing a key role in Teladoc Health’s mission of transforming how people access healthcare: providing a new kind of healthcare experience, one with better convenience, outcomes, and value. You and your team will truly make a difference in the world of virtual care in creating the foundation of our online services. About you The ideal candidate for this position should have: A degree in computer science or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in a related role with expertise in: -Managing an Azure hosting environment -Systems and SQL databases development and maintenance. Node.js and MSSQL is a plus, bit not a requirement. Relevant experience in a Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer and support role, preferably in international settings. Delivering and working with: -Communication and stakeholder management (ensure milestones and deadlines are met, identify and coordinate interdependencies among different teams, etc.) -Technology Strategic planning having a good understanding of the actual digital assets and roadmap bridging with local needs including external and internal demand. Ability to build personal relationships within the technology organization to achieve the proposed objectives both at the project and service level. Exceptional written and verbal/communication skills in English. Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.
