About the job We are currently looking for a Sr. Operations Specialist for our dedicated team of professionals in Denmark. As our new Sr. Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing our business processes and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role we expect you to take lead on strategic planning initiatives supporting our business goals as well as ensure continuous up to date analysis of performance data, identifying trends and recommending on improvements. You will be reporting on business operations to the Danish Country Manager on a regular basis as well as to the International Business as per request. As Sr. Operations Specialist you will work closely with our health care specialists and cross-functional teams ensuring smooth operations in the Danish organization. You will interact and cooperate with our different service leaders on a regular basis to oversee and improve business processes and to enhance efficiency and productivity internally in the organization. We expect you to take ownership and play an active part in shaping the responsibility, processes and workflows within the scope of the role drawing on your experience from similar positions. To be successful in the Sr. Operations Specialist role, you will need to have a proven track record within the following skills: Extensive experience in business operations, preferably in a senior role. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. It is important that you are experienced with: -Data analysis: Collecting and analyzing performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements -Process Improvements: reviewing and assessing business processes to identify efficiencies and service delivery improvements Administrative support including but not limited to: -Developing, managing and forecasting budgets for relevant cost centers -Providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to the business teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and monitoring project teams -Complete customer and supplier requests with a sense of urgency Support in supervision assignments by overseeing staff, assigning projects, managing workloads and providing training where needed Project management: Managing specific projects, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and relevant business software Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. About you The ideal candidate for this position should have: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operation Specialist role Language proficiency: Fluent in both Danish and English with excellent communication skills in both languages, both verbal and written Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft excel. Further you must be comfortable working and cooperating using online tools i.e. Microsoft Teams.
