On behalf of an international company specialized in pharmaceutical manufacturing, we are seeking a Sterile Production Director . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Lead and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and operators, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure all production activities comply with GMP standards and FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production performance. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Implement and maintain environmental sustainability practices in the production process. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding production issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Qualifications: Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA regulations, and other industry standards. Proven experience in production management and process improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
