Responsibilities: Plan& manage daily store operations across the retail, e-shop, and warehouse Full oversight of the team, including overseeing recruitment, training, and performance feedback for the team in every position Meet sales targets, implement company guidelines, and lead the team Handle staff and customer issues (concerns, complaints, feedback) with ease and efficiency Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and development Enforce policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and safety Maintain visual standards to enhance customer appeal and drive sales Deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality Full understanding, desire, and following of the store’s policy Report trends and customer needs to supervisors and collaborate on improvements and growth of the company Cooperate actively and report regularly to supervisors Requirements Strong communication and Customer service skills, Customer-centric mindset Proven leadership and organizational abilities Discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English, Google Drive, and basic PC skills Ability to work independently and in high-demand environments.
