STORE PLANNING COORDINATOR Responsibilities: – Manage the setup and dismantling of shop-in-shop environments in specialty and wholesale stores across Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia – Act as the primary point of contact with client partners, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for each project – Ensure all projects stay within budget and manage costs effectively – Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for all projects – Source furniture and props as needed, adhering to project specifications – Work with the logistics team to arrange shipping for all project materials – Select colors and materials in line with LDJ retail guidelines – Oversee the complete lifecycle of stand-alone pop-ups and other temporary retail installations – Coordinate minor initiatives and updates to the LDJ flagship store in Milan – Manage all design and architectural projects for the LDJ office and showroom – Supervise and review styling projects for LDJ events – Investigate new materials and producers to enhance project quality Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design – 3-5 years in an architecture studio, design office, or store planning department – Proficiency in construction and manufacturing techniques – Strong skills in CAD software – Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Keynote – Competency in AI and 3D modeling and rendering (a plus) – Experience in executing branded environments – Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting – Capability to manage complex and overlapping schedules – Detail-oriented and highly organized – Strong verbal and written presentation abilities, clear and concise – Highly collaborative and a strong team player – Enthusiastic problem solver and calm under pressure – Fluency in Italian and English – Creative thinker who brings innovative solutions and ideas to projects – Autonomous and able to work independently Show more Show less
