Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural components and systems, ensuring the safety, integrity, and functionality of buildings and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Structural Analysis: Conduct thorough structural analysis using industry-standard software and methodologies to ensure the stability and safety of designs. Design Development: Develop structural designs and plans for buildings and other infrastructure projects, considering factors such as materials, costs, and sustainability. Code Compliance: Ensure all structural designs and projects adhere to local, state, and national building codes and regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall project plans. Documentation: Create detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for construction teams and regulatory agencies. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SCIA, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of construction and architectural terminology. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to evolving BIM technologies and standards. A basic understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to BIM is a plus but not mandatory for the role Certification in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is a plus but not mandatory for the role.
