Then join us as a Student Assistant in our Operations & Supply PMO team in Østbirk! As a Student Assistant, you will be part of the Operations & Supply PMO team, anchored in the Supply Strategy Execution & Excellence team, supporting strategy implementation and development of our operating model. The team focuses on operational excellence, digital transformation, and project and portfolio management, offering you the opportunity to develop and grow your skills in a global setting. In this role, you will provide valuable assistance to diverse stakeholders across our group functions and production companies. This position will give you practical experience, exposure to a wide network, and a chance to contribute to our organization. Your primary tasks include: Contributing to project performance follow-up and reporting to the Operations & Supply Management team. Updating and maintaining data in project portfolio management systems. Acting as a Super User for project portfolio management systems (training will be provided). Conducting data analysis and developing reports using PowerBI or similar tools (training will be provided). Designing and maintaining communication platforms (SharePoint). Creating communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, Viva Engage, or other channels). Performing other ad hoc tasks as needed. This is a part-time role with approximately 15-20 hours per week. The position is based in Østbirk, with flexible working options that allow you to work from home when your schedule permits. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with organizational skills who can manage several tasks and deliverables. We imagine you are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field and have at least one year of studies remaining. Moreover, you: Are proficient in Office 365, with advanced skills in SharePoint and Excel (PowerBI experience is beneficial). Have an interest in technology and data, especially in reporting and analysis. Are focused on finding solutions. Build relationships easily across professions and geographies and perform well in your work—even during busy times. Flourish in an innovative setting and appreciate facing different responsibilities.
