Looking for an exciting start to your career in IT? My name is Mikko Kyrönviita, Head of IT Service Assurance. My team consists of skilled IT professionals who seamlessly navigate between people, business, and technology to meet business demands. We are now looking for an IT Services Trainee to support us during the summer of 2025 in our dynamic IT transition journey. As an IT Services Trainee, you will… support the execution of our technology strategy, roadmaps, and transition plans. You’ll gain valuable experience in business analysis, planning, and execution for development initiatives. You’ll also help manage roadmaps and transition plans, support requirements management and analysis, and contribute to solution-level design when needed. Collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams will be key to ensuring we meet our goals. This position is temporary, from May 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a creative and innovative person with a high delivery capability and a hands-on attitude. You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders from business to IT. If you find you from these, it could be a great match: A keen interest in IT and a basic understanding of business or technical concepts. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills in Finnish and English and the ability to work well in a team. Familiarity with ITIL principles. You display a positive outlook and have a high level of integrity. You thrive with autonomy and take ownership of your work and results. You enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. Ability to visualize ideas and designs and present them effectively. Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
