Your tasks may include application or system engineering, system initialization, or maintenance. Additionally, you might assist in executing projects during the summer, providing support in electrical engineering for automation. As summer trainee in the board and paper machines’ automation engineering teams, you can work in fluid or hardware engineering teams. For example, part of the fluid engineering team, you have tasks in pneumatics, hydraulics and lubrication engineering and you will support functions according to your studies and knowledge. In hardware engineering (electrical engineering) your responsibilities will include designing automation systems for our delivery projects. Your tasks can include also participating in product development, producing project documentation and testing. These summer jobs are available in our Imatra, Jyväskylä, Kemi, Kotka, Kouvola, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Tampere, and Vantaa offices. What do we expect from you? Whether you study Automation Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Computer science, Information technology or a related field in University of Applied Sciences or University, these positions could be perfect for you! We expect you to have fluent English skills and a good knowledge of IT programs and applications commonly used in your field of studies.
