Your Days Can Be Filled With Tasks Such As Writing Offers, Order Entering And Updating, Invoicing, As Well As Communicating With Customers, Production Planning, Logistics, Sales, And Suppliers. Your Tasks May Include, For Example Managing the spare parts order chain and sales: Confirming orders, determining delivery times, updating changes, handling quotations and order confirmations, gathering and updating initial data. Sales and quotation work: Performing practical sales and quotation tasks, coordinating concepts with the design team, and understanding cost structures. Sales support: Preparing sales projects, updating sales and profitability data, participating in the daily tasks of the sales team. We have summer jobs for Technical Sales Support & Order Handling in Inkeroinen, Jyväskylä, Kajaani, Raisio, Tampere, and Vantaa. What do we expect from you? Whether you study engineering or business administration you can find a relevant summer job in our global technology company. In some of the sales support and order handling summer jobs, a background in technical studies can be particularly beneficial, while in others, commercial studies are more advantageous. To succeed in these roles, you should have a proactive service attitude and enjoy routine tasks. Additionally, we hope you have good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written (Finnish and English), ability to work independently and the courage to ask for help when needed, a precise and careful work approach and good basic IT skills You are passionate about learning new skills and willing to share your fresh ideas with us.
