For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com Job Description & Requirements * Supplier Integrations Consultant As JAGGAER’s Supplier Integrations Consultant you are responsible for coordinating and facilitating customer and supplier integrations, resolving technical issues related to XML and/or EDI transaction testing, and escalating issues to complete integration projects according to agreed upon timelines. As a Supplier Integrations Consultant you are expected to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while ensuring our client’s needs are met. Principal Responsibilities: • Serve as the supplier integration consultant for the client by translating business requirements into technical specifications and driving the delivery of electronic catalogs and XML integrations. • Support customers and suppliers in understanding SciQuest’s supplier integration methodology. • Manage supplier integration project timelines and expectations from project kickoff through end-to-end testing and go-live. • Provide weekly status updates to all invested parties for each supplier integration project. • Provide technical guidance to suppliers for data and integration requirements as well as product functionality. • Configure electronic integration points and assist in troubleshooting failed cXML and/or EDI transmissions. • Identify and create business process change mechanics to streamline supplier integration methods. • Coordinate acquisition and preparation of electronic catalogs and customer specific price files from suppliers. • Utilize project management experience to adapt to the customer/supplier’s technical capabilities. • Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. Additional Principal Responsibilities specific to Implementation Role: • Coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Provide weekly updates to implementation project teams and client project teams. • Deliver project presentations to implementation project teams and client project teams. Position Requirements: • Bachelors degree required. • Previous large software project implementation experience. • 3+ years business analyst experience in a software technology environment. • Previous project management experience. • Previous customer service experience. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong working knowledge of cXML. • Knowledge of EDI and webMethods integration server is preferred but not required. • Broad knowledge of spend management and/or procurement, sourcing, category management strategies are a plus.
