Principal Responsibilities Dedicated Customer Supply Chain Management for Key customers Engage with customer & sales to drive growth Implementation, analysis, process delivery for SLA in SAP Handling forecast, orders, consignment, customer complaints, business reviews, SFE Operational focus on activity and cost to optimize solution for the entire supply chain Assist with developing and presenting customer analytics, key trends and solution proposals during customer QBR´s Customer Material supply risk review, determination of safety & buffer stock to ensure the supply Customer Material analysis on inventory turns, status and liability ownership Preparation for SOX consignment counts, analysis of inventory issues and reconciliation Review, define and act on customer forecast accuracy or fluctuations Maintenance of the master data set ups Processing of customer complaints, monitoring of returns and credit items from customers, taking corrective actions Work Experience 1- 2 years with bachelor’s or equivalent on similar job roles Distinguishing Characteristics Proactive and analytical mind set The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
